Delivery Time
Our delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time
This includes order verification, customization (if applicable), quality check, and packaging. Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that this time frame can be affected by national holidays and other factors. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday). -
Shipping Time
After processing, the shipping time generally takes 5-8 business days. However, please be aware that delays may occur due to special weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Estimated Shipping Times by Country
- United States: 8-12 business days
- Canada: 8-13 business days
- United Kingdom: 8-11 business days
- Italy: 8-11 business days
Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be levied by the destination country. These fees are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country.
- For example, in countries such as the UK and EU 27 countries (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Estonia), a 10% import duty is included at checkout. This means the courier will not charge any additional fees upon delivery.
- For other countries not mentioned above, any import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees must be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information on the charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to view your order status. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. In some cases, the carrier’s tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become available after the order has been shipped.
Address Corrections
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address due to address errors provided by the customer.
Delivery Location
Your package will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Depending on the carrier and your location, your package may be delivered to your home or to your local post office for collection.

At Vercoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience remains pleasant.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional cost. If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
RETURN PROCESS
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@vercoo.com or call +1 (315) 993-6888 within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Please tell us the reason for your return, if it is a product quality problem or product error, please take a picture of your product and send it to our customer service e-mail.
- We will give you the corresponding return suggestion according to your situation.
- Put the product back to the original package and mail it to our warehouse.
- After receiving the package we will refund or exchange the product according to the realization of the communication with you, if it is a refund, the money will be returned to your payment account within 7 working days, if it is more than 7 working days, please contact us at support@vercoo.com
PLS PAY ATTENTION:
- We do not accept orders returned directly to us without first contacting us.
- Any address on the package is not a return address, please contact our customer service team to provide you with the correct address.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return Window
- Returns must be made within 90 days of the date of delivery, and requests for returns beyond 90 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.
The following items are eligible for return:
Regular-priced items.
Items purchased during promotional sales, excluding final sale items.

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts
RETURN SHIPPING AND DUTIES
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable duties. For returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet return conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
