Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $79.9 (after discounts are applied).

We currently ship to the following countries:

Delivery Time

Our delivery time is divided into two parts:

  1. Processing Time
    This includes order verification, customization (if applicable), quality check, and packaging. Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that this time frame can be affected by national holidays and other factors. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday).

  2. Shipping Time
    After processing, the shipping time generally takes 5-8 business days. However, please be aware that delays may occur due to special weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Times by Country

  • United States: 8-12 business days
  • Canada: 8-13 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8-11 business days
  • Italy: 8-11 business days

Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be levied by the destination country. These fees are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country.

  • For example, in countries such as the UK and EU 27 countries (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Estonia), a 10% import duty is included at checkout. This means the courier will not charge any additional fees upon delivery.
  • For other countries not mentioned above, any import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees must be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information on the charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to view your order status. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. In some cases, the carrier’s tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become available after the order has been shipped.

Address Corrections

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address due to address errors provided by the customer.

Delivery Location

Your package will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Depending on the carrier and your location, your package may be delivered to your home or to your local post office for collection.
