Returns & Cancellations

At Vercoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience remains pleasant.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional cost. If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@vercoo.com or call +1 (315) 993-6888 within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  2. Please tell us the reason for your return, if it is a product quality problem or product error, please take a picture of your product and send it to our customer service e-mail.
  3. We will give you the corresponding return suggestion according to your situation.
  4. Put the product back to the original package and mail it to our warehouse.
  5. After receiving the package we will refund or exchange the product according to the realization of the communication with you, if it is a refund, the money will be returned to your payment account within 7 working days, if it is more than 7 working days, please contact us at support@vercoo.com

PLS PAY ATTENTION:

  • We do not accept orders returned directly to us without first contacting us.
  • Any address on the package is not a return address, please contact our customer service team to provide you with the correct address.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Return Window
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery, and requests for returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

    2. Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.
    The following items are eligible for return:
    Regular-priced items.
    Items purchased during promotional sales, excluding final sale items.

    3. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

RETURN SHIPPING AND DUTIES

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable duties. For returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet return conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
