1. What types of clothing do you offer? We offer a wide range of clothing for adults, including both men's and women's apparel. Our collection includes tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, activewear, and accessories, all designed to meet various styles and preferences.

2. How do I find the right size for me? Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed instructions on how to measure yourself accurately and choose the right size. We provide size charts that include international sizes and their equivalents in US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia sizes.

3. What are the payment options available? We accept payments via PayPal and major debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Maestro. All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your information.

4. How much is the shipping cost? Our standard shipping cost is $8.99. We offer free shipping for orders over $79.9 (after any discounts are applied).

5. Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Lithuania, United States, Norway, Portugal, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Spain, New Zealand, Italy, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, we currently do not ship there.

6. How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery time ranges from 8-13 business days for all regions and below are delivery times for selected countries:

  • United States: 8-12 business days
  • Canada: 8-13 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8-11 business days
  • Italy: 8-11 business days

7. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 business days to be available.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped. We cannot change the shipping address after the order has been shipped.

9. What is your return policy? We accept returns initiated within 90 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Certain items, such as custom-made or final sale products, are not eligible for returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and receive the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. 10. How can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional cost. If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

11. Are there any import taxes or duties on international orders? The selling price of all items already includes the relevant taxes, so there is no additional charge at the time of order delivery.

12. Will my package be delivered to my home or the post office? Most packages will be delivered directly to your home. In some cases, depending on local postal services and delivery practices, your package may be held at a local post office for collection.

13. Why do I need to pay shipping fees? Shipping fees cover the cost of packaging, handling, and delivery of your order. These fees ensure that your products are delivered safely and efficiently.

14. What should I do if my package is delayed? While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, and holidays. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
